ebay seller refunded my money instead of sending me the item

I had a similar problem with one of my purchases, a PS2 game. The day after I paid I had an email from the seller explaining the disc inside the game differed from the box and asked whether I wanted a refund or to swap it for a couple of other games. In my opinion Ebay is not a medium for professional companies (in fact it is used to find bargins) therefore it would be unreasonable for me to expect everything to run smoothly all of the time. Things like this can happen and provide the seller trys their best to resolve the issue I think they should get positive feedback, and negative feedback should be reserved for those that don't deliver or try to resolve. In the case of the PS game seller I wrote 'Product was not correct however seller went above and beyond to resolve issue. Would recommend.'
