mrs b i really hope you are not a debtor....god help you....
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    I don't have sock puppets.

    Have some socks, though.

I suppose if I stuck some eyes and a mouth on, I'd have a sock puppet.

In fact, I did just that with a hideous stripey sock with my DD many moons ago.

    (Thinks, shocked.)

Do you think that darn sock could be going on and logging on as me when I'm not around???!!!

    Nah - probably a little far-fetched..... :)

I watched Hair Bears profile and it seemed to visit a lot of theads that carolt had discussed and/or started, one as far back as 2008 after using the search function.

    Probably just a coincedence.

Not a coincidence - Hair Bear very kindly follows me around, thanking my posts.

I am eternally grateful, as is my thanks count.

Thank you, lovely Hair Bear. :)
