    I've always used the 'teaspoon' method in my house for new things, you have to try a teaspoonful ..that's all. And I did put just the smallest teaspoonful on the plate.

    Worked well for a lot of things, but there are still some things they just plain don't like.

    Some teens worry the life out of you eating hardly anything. They seem to grow out of all that fussiness when they start buying their own food and cooking for themselves.
