Great news on wanted down under.
I think i read on here 2 things ,one was F&F and the other was a judgement cant be obtained if a credit aggreement or documents cant remember proper term.
F&F wrote to company oh has his van loan with and offered £1000 paid over 4 months , well they accepted knocked over £500 off loan.Dont know why they aggreed as it was being paid every month but im not going to argue.
other thing oh owes a merchant some money, he never signed any aggreements.well they decided to take him to court, forms filled in and sent back.well yesterday we heard that our offer for payment hasnt been accepted and they were going to go for a judgment. no offer was made as we have been making token payments. so phoned court and they said yes a judgment can be issued without any signed documents . So need to act quicky and put an offer in writting to solicitors and court .Thought it was going along to easy. he ho:(MAKE £2022 in 2022 no 29 £2022/£434.10

Blimey, it all sounds like a nightmare. Good luck with that lot never too old. Try and get a free half hour with a solicitor to sort the legal stuff out. The last thing you need is any legal charges.Trying to shift that debt!0

A trip to Oz too? How lovely!! is this a fact finding mission?
I need more info!
Christmas is going to be lovely this year. I have decided!:o:o:o:o Yes perhaps a little sicky coming up!
The trip to Oz is a fact finding mission courtesy of the BBC, they don't know just how far down the line and how commited to Oz we are. They think we need some help making up our mind, and that a trip to Oz might help. I suspect it might.
The Christmas tree is finally up in our household! Hubby has walked around the box in the middle of the lounge for the entire 2 weeks I was away:mad:.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Practising my pouting into the webcam as they are interviewing via Skype because of the bad weather in Scotland. They don't want to come up and risk being blown away by the 100mph winds. I send DS out to school - we are tough:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
The interview is supposed to be this evening. Heading out to get some shopping when DS's school play is finished.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Imagine, no one would get to school if we kept the kids in everytime the weather looked a bit iffy.
My colleague is working in Glasgow today and shes driving back this evening - its not so bad.
However dont knock the Beeb and a MSE attitude, why spend money travelling when you can Skype?
