50% is a fair offer jellybean and I ain't going any higher. If they think I am repaying exuberant charges they have another thing coming:mad:.

    Hi all

Well, I have ended up leaving work late the last 2 nights - horrible shifts that I won't share with you:(.

As a result I haven't logged on here or done very much apart from sleep!!!

Anyway, nightshift tonight (tonight and the next 2 are bank :D), but as I'm awake my plans are the following:

    1. Iron and list remaining London findings for ebay
    2. Check online banking
    3. Reset Tesco online banking id (you never know when you might need that money eh?!)
    4. Check on my existing ebay listings
    5. Do some Australia work

Great news to share with you all - I have a telephone interview with a hospital I really wanted in Oz:j. It's around 20 minutes from the area we want to live in. They haven't mentioned sponsorship, but I'm just about to email them to ask whether they would be willing to offer this. The telephone interview is the first and last hurdle - they usually offer you the post (or not) after this - no waiting around. So nervous - just have to pick a date:eek:.

  • Best of luck you will do fabulously!

Hope they will sponsor you too, that would be the icing on the cake.

Sorry about work.. x ((hugs)) let me know when you have your date.

If they sponsor me - £300 and I can be in Oz as opposed to almost £4k:j.

I have given them a choice of dates for the telephone interview - Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th September. It 3pm Oz time which is 8am here:eek:.

I have adopted a new mantra - Lord let my words be humble - as some day I may have to eat them:D.

My exception is of course my debt busting letter writing.

Lol, you can cross your fingers while typing it, or say 2 our fathers and three hail marys then it wont count that you were a little "choice" in your phrasing.

Or only do debt busting letters on days when you see a single magpie, then it wont count.

Fabulous thought, to get there on £300. Its all coming together. Anyway serves you right stuff happened when you didnt log on 2 days. I went away for a week, I came back and youre going to the other side of the world!

    LOL! Fair enough;).

I'm off to eat then iron and list ebay. Just checked the online banking we are totally skint:eek:. No bank payment this Thursday (this is from the week I spent lounging on the couch at home), just hubby's wages on Friday which are literally all accounted for:(. Never mind payday next Thursday plus 2 bank shifts = £2900ish. Plus the ebay stuff finishes on Sunday I think so hopefully can transfer some paypal money in before payday. Must warn hubby:o.

Have reset my online banking with my Mr T savings and transferred the grand total of £10.42 to RBS to try to ensure I don't go overdrawn:eek:. I guess this is the hangover from paying some debts off this month. Clearly I am rubbish at counting.

Will be ravaging the cupboards for delicacy's to take to work with me for the next 6 nightshifts (3 are bank but I won't get the money til pay day:mad:).

Good times and bad times as it turns out.

Right have trawled the cupboards - interesting tea to take to work tonight ;).

Have had a cup of tea and a slice of my housemates birthday cake to make me feel better. Finished all the surveys in my inbox - qualified for none:mad:.

Off to iron and list on ebay the remainder of the London findings then off for a little nap before nights. My friend is working tonight, so she will give me a lift home in the morning I'm sure - £1.30 saved on the oyster :D.

Have decided when I get home to go up to the attic and search for my wedding dress. I will get it cleaned and stick it on Ebay. No point in dragging it half way across the world ;).

Also will have the surround sound system to get on Ebay and maybe a DFS sofa? That's before I have even started looking!!!
