    No. Give up.

    No, no, don't knock, I can see where he's coming from :rolleyes:

    By changing the Tenancy Agreement, the Girlfriend will suddenly become the landlord, so she will not have to support him,
    And the problem about the property abroad will automatically disappear,

    I think it will work. :rotfl::rotfl:

    Simples!

    Whot heppend when I change tenancy agreement and I be rent room from my girlfriend(she will be the tenant in property agency)that can help?

    No. For two reasons.

    1. she is your partner, you cannot rent a room from a partner and claim housing benefit.

    2. The property is already rented. She cannot sublet it unless the landlord allows it.

    3. You have no legal right to change the tenancy agreement on a rented property

    For someone who isn't trying trying to defraud the system, you're not very convincing. And honest? Far from it by what you have written.

    I don't think it's a genuine request. It smacks of troll trying too hard in trying to imitate some stereotype they have of immigrant claimants. Is this site moderated? If it is an ISP check wouldn't hurt to see if it matches with multiple aliases.

    (...)Housing and tax Benefit factsheet
    Types of capital which is ignored include:
    the value of the home where you live if you own it;
    the value of a property that you or your partner own, which is not your home,
    in certain specific circumstances – for example, if it is lived in by a close relative over 60 or a disabled relative;
    (...)
    Thanks :)

    Part 6, section 6 HB regs. They would not be asking for the value of the property if it wasn't required as part of your claim. They take the part of the law that applies to you and your situation when assessing entitlement. If they require this info, that fact sheet won't help you.

    "That souds stupid,She is a owner not me and she have no benefits from this property(her parents live in this flat)"

    The property lived in by her parents will only be diregarded if your girlfriend previously lived in it herself.
    By changing your situation on numerous claims will only result in you been looked at by the fraud department. So get ready for the knock on the door.
