    I do not try de fraud the system but system its not perfect and honest people got kick not help.
  • is there any way here parents could find out the value of the property?

    Zara33 I do not expect free money I was pay taxs bills and all this s...t and now when I lost my job I need some help.I just spend lots of my time in Council Office JobcentrePlus office instead looking for a job...I am not hapy with this thats all...

    You have indicated that if you had known it would affect your benefit you would have committed fraud by telling lies. That is not honest.

    You're not happy because it doesn't suit you or your situation. I'm afraid there's not much you can do about that. Her parents wanted the property in her name for tax purposes, she must have agreed to it somewhere along the line. Can't have it all ways.
