Problem with 02 customer services

hi, for the last five months I have been unable to acces my 02 online bill. I have lost count the amount of times I have complained and everytime the person has apologiseed and prmoised to rectify the problem.
To date I am still been unable to see the break down of each bill.
I'm at my wits end.
Can I have some sdvice on what to do next?
i have spent a small fortune calling them up.

Hi there.
I have had similar problems with o2 customer services, (my problem was they didn't transfer my contract no. to a PAYG sim correctly so I was without a working sim for weeks).
Anyway I kept falling for their promises of 'it will be done by tomorrow' etc etc and lost count of the number of times I rang up. No matter what they try and tell you they CAN fix your problem instantly while you're on the phone to them. In order to get my problem sorted out I told them I was not hanging up till it was done and hey presto they did it - just have to get really angry with them and not take no for an answer.
Subsequently I wrote a letter of complaint and got a couple of quid added to my PAYG balance.0 -
I had something similiar with NTL, not to do with billing but 6 different people promised to sort a problem out I was having, none of them did. Only when I got the name and extension number of the person I spoke to with my promise of phoning that person back to ask why they hadn't sorted it did anything get done.0

Have you e-mailled customer services mycare@o2mail.co.uk
If that doesn't work call customer services via this free phone number 0800 005 005 and they will transfer you to Online customer services free of charge and ask for a supervisor. If you get no joy there then ask the advisor to note the details of the conversation in the account history notes and get there name and extn number and come back on here and i'll tell you what to do next.0 -
As it has been ongoing for 5 months, I would not waste any more of your time trying to get it fixed and getting nothing but empty promises.
Email the CEO directly and politely explain your problem and annoyance.

This is the e-mail address I was going to give you if you had no luck again with customer service. It will be Customer Relations that get in touch with you and there brilliant!! I had a problem with my account and they sorted it straight away and gave me some free line rental and compensation.
