remember however if its more than the week you get you postage refunded0

I ordered on the 11/04/06.
Just checked my order today and it still says that it is being assembled.
I don't think it will be delivered within the week timescale.
Do you think they will honour the weeks delivery promise due to moving warehouse? Is it part of their terms or is it just agoodwill gesture?0 -
T&Cs state 7 days. I too ordered on 11th, if the wine isn't here by the end of tomorrow I want my delivery refunded! You never get a second chance to make a first impression.0

i also placed my order on 11th but only realised today that they say they deliver within 7 days so it will be interesting to see if they deliver it today0

I also placed an order on the 11th of 36 bottles, 12 came last Thursday, another 12 arrived today so still awaiting 12 more which states Order being Assembled on the order tracker.
HTH0 -
I also ordered on the 11th, my order has just changed from 'Order being Assembled' to 'Order has Left the Warehouse' so should be here tomorrow. Wonder if will be worth asking for the delivery charge back, after all 11th -19th is 8 days, and it does say "Our delivery promise is 7 days. That means that if it takes more than 7 days to get your wine to your front door then we will refund your delivery charge, no questions asked."0

I know I'm quoting myself but its to say that virgin will not honour this on warehouse cases. I phoned today because its day eight and they pointed me in the direction of the description for each wine I ordered where it states the customer promise will not be honoured on this wine. I don't remember this being there when I ordered but they assured me it was.0 -

Yep, I'm pretty certain it was there. I think it might also mean that if you don't like the wine you can't get a refund (unlike V Wine's more expensive bottles)0 -
Received mine this morning.36 lovely bottles!!! I'll let you all know my humble opinions tomorrow.....If i can see that is0

Just receiveved my 39 bottles today, but 10 of the whites i ordered were substituted for reds! no note made of this on the delivery notes, which were listed (and ticked off by V Wines!) as i had ordered.
Should I email them and tell them? I'm not that keen on reds, and really wanted the Grillo. What should I say to them?0
