Banana LoversBuy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning0 -

Are you leaving them in the tin until they've completely cooled down? I used to have the same problem until I did that. While they are still in the tin I cut them (using a non-serrated knife as they seem to rip them up), then leave until they've gone completely cold. Until I did this I would end up with a tray of granola :rotfl:0 -

The most lovely chocolate sauce. Just melt the chocolate and evap together in the microwave, stir in a bit of sugar and let it cool. It thickens as it cools and is absolutely lovely on ice cream or pancakes. I always make my chocolate sauce like that.Jane
