I prefer icing, though. And I add fresh fruit to the jam, too. And cream.

I'll never win a cake show. Mainly because they get scarfed down within about twenty minutes of the last dust.

Well, I used caster sugar & h/m strawberry jam....and got a Third

My Gingerbread (to recipe provided) got a First as did my Biscuits (6 of), my 3 Culinary Herbs got a Third and so dod my 3 Beetroot, so all in all I'm a happy bunny :j:j

Need to make something tomorrow for visiting a friend - I've been given the proviso of chocolate how're I'd prefer to not make a cake. What nice pudding could I make that includes chocolate and is more importantly, fool proof?!
