I wish I had read some these reviews beforehand. I decided to go with Warm Space largely due to the reassurance from the salesman that by opting for the polystyrene beads instead of the wool fibre option there would be a lot less drilling required around the property (by using a longer lance to inject deep into the cavities). I was also reassured that all the holes would be carefully sealed with proper mortar which would be blended into the existing mortar.
However on the day of installation, all the assurances were ignored and the installers began to drilling wildly and almost randomly in some places.
No care or attention was being given during drilling resulting in several bricks being chipped quite badly and no attention being paid to drill only on brick corners.
Following this, a sandy mixture of “mortar” was used to plug the holes without any effort made to smooth this out. Instead lumps of mortar were left around the holes. After a few days the sandy mixture was already beginning to crumble. Also, the beads are meant to be held together with glue but the amount of glue used is not sufficient enough to stop the beads from pouring out if any holes are drilled through the cavity.
Have tried to contact customer services several times by phone and email but despite leaving messages not had any replies.
My advise to anyone wanting to have cavity insulation is to either go with a different supplier or if you really want to protect your home from a bunch of cowboys causing damage then pay a reputable supplier who will treat your home with respect and will back up the service with good old fashioned customer care.

I am sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the making good of holes after the insulation. We are going to send one of our supervisors to come out to your property to rectify this. On this visit he will be able to inspect the drilling pattern. The glue we use is a water based adhesive , combined with the bead this then creates a honeycomb effect. Again this is something our supervisor can inspect on his visit.
