Blackberry on Orange help

I got my new blackberry 8900 on a contract with orange last wednesday and its been great.....except it doesnt seem to have mobile internet? 
I've phoned them up and they told me to go through advanced settings>host routing table then send a registration message but nothing's happened. I'm going to go out to an Orange store in the next couple of days as the phone people weren't too helpful.
Anyone else had this problem?

I'm on a Dolphin package.
Thanks for the replies, I finally got the problem sorted today with the help of a nice orange agent who actually knew what he was talking about, seems the problem was on their end rather than with my phone
