Morning all

Had phone bill, well looked it up online
billing period 10-10th of the month
on this months statement they'd charged from the 7th and given me the mins etc from the 9th.
Well anyway, rang them up twice.
Nice girl said that they had a big glich in feb and only just sorted which meant people would be billed for the few days - if needed of course -
during that period.
All very confusing! But now I think I understand.
They've not billed twice, just seems it's seperate.
Never had problems before.
Just thought I'd warn people about it.
