BT Broadband - new customer

This does not sound good at all. I would like to help sort this problem out. Can you please PM me your account details and I will take a look.
The terms and conditions of BT broadband contracts are you have up until the day of activation to cancel or you will be held to term on the contract. Once the broadband is activated you are in term with the contract so if you decide to cancel you will get cancelation charges.
I am sure I can help get the wireless working, just drop me a PM.
