Problems With New T Mobile Phone/Contract - HELP!!

Hi Everyone
First post. Be Gentle.
I have just switched to T Mobile 2 weeks ago from Orange. Orange were not interested in keeping me as a customer and so I switched to T Mobile on their new Flext 35 tariff. All going well, even ported my number, but now I am having problems. The reception is quite good, comparable to Orange, but now I am having huge probs when dialling out.
I am getting thru to random people who are answering instead of my sis or hubby (all on speed dials). Practically every singel call I have made this weekend gone, has not connected properly and there is a complete stranger answering what should be my friends and families numbers. What on earth is going on???
I have contacted T Mobile who say that they will "investigate"...... and get back to me. Still waiting.
I have now past the 7 day money back and am hoping that this problem is resolved very quickly. Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone shed some light??
Could it be my phone SE W800i? Or am I just grasping now.
Is there any way I can get out of this new 18 month contract, or am I stuck?
Many Thanks in advance.

What happens if you dial them without using speed dial do you get through ok? If so sounds like a prob with the speed dial set up.But if it happens when you dial direct it sounds like interconnect probs on T-Mob network.Which they will no doubt resolve.
