Thanks very much guys, i really appreciate it!!

I have managed to get my CC below £1000 for the first time in a while, and I am due a £45 cashback payment shortly which will be going on there too!

I feel really proud at the moment and I just cant get over how well I am doing!

Have been losing a bit of mojo with mystery shops and stuff so I really need to make sure that I pop on here every day to update myself (and you lovely fellow MSE'ers)

Xmas is sorted other than a couple of bits and bobs, most of which I am getting through cashback and stuff anyway so thats good!

Anyway, I am off to find at least one MS before I hit the sack this evening, I am really tired and have no hope of catching up sleep over the weekend, am working overtime on sunday, and have tonsa catchup stuff to do in town! x

Right, please slap me with a wet fish, or do something to make sure that I dont just try the MSE thing without posting, its just not as succesful!

    TO DO LIST

    - surveys
    - mystery shops
    - update figures on profile
    - meal plan for next week
    - come back tomorrow!!!!

I havent even really been busy to be honest, but I have been distracted!
If you remember me switching utility company a couple of months ago, they tried to increase my monthly payments to £95 (from £72)...I called, and explained that i switched cos they were cheaper, and that I left my old company with £300 credit, so cant be using all that much power....turns out they had the worng initial reading and owe me £117, plus have reduced my payments to £50

not bad for what was initially going to be an irate telephone call!

  • I don't have a wet fish kirsten would a soggy mince pie do??

I know what you mean though - I do the MSE stuff some times without posting and it never quite has the same motivation. And yes...distractions are a problem ;)

Good news on the electric! :D

  • Hi Kirstenc
    Long time no speak !!

Wow - well done with your overdraft I'm very impressed.:j

Well I've finally followed your lead, taken my head out of the sand and started my own diary. Here's hoping my motivation lasts like yours!

    Hi guys.......

I have got to stop with the lack of being on this site.

I have still been doing the payments and stuff, and only owe £500 on the credit card at the moment.....

However I can totally do better!

Have just done a mystery shop, and have another booked for thursday so thats a start. Must keep trying though, I never seem to do any 'extra' when Im not keeping my journal up to date!

So therefore I will be back tomorrow with a formalised (lol) plan of action for the next few weeks, targets etc

    exciting!!
