Is it best to return to store or get the courier to collect?

if only returning a few items, then i would use the courier, but if returning more than say 10 items, i would always go to the store

I tend to have a few small bags ready to go, so when the courier makes a delivery, i can shift it bit by bit - however if its getting near the 10 day returns date, i always go in store, as they get credited immediately

Just got a few more bits come through...the poor next lady is soaked bless her. But I think I'll put my returns in a mini case and drag it to my local store to return, as it seems that's the best option. Immediate credit I hear and I need my credit, so that the other items come through lol (i'm 6 1/2 months pregnant) Not lazy folks. : 0)

Just had another delivery of 1 item from Next and the delivery lady was saying they were rushed off their feet - 60 deliveries yesterday and 61 today!

Sadly I have just gone through our delivery and have kept hardly anything for me:sad: It was all either not great quality, didn't fit or just didn't look like it did in the Directory.

Will be keeping the vast majority of things for H, I think only 1 pair of shoes are going back for him and will also be keeping most of the things for our daughter. The only bits that are going back are duplicates that were ordered in error.

well out of all the things i requested I'm really fed up. 2 things were sent in the wrong size and I'm told that the size I want is not available, 3 tops looked like they've already been sent back by another shopper being very poor quality. The shoes which are marked as size 8 are actually size 7,one pair I ordered twice and one pari of 8 fit fine the other 8 is way to small. 4 Items are still on 2-4 weeks and I was told on the phone it may be longer and as it's summer stuff I've cancel them. So really bad sale for me ended up with 6 items but really cheesed off that I thought I'd got clothes and shoes that I really wanted but now haven't
    Kind Regards

Keep your courier happy and ask her to collect!
She gets paid per package so don't put them all in 1 bag either!!! :)
 Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.
  • I send mine back via my courier as my nearest Next is 12 miles away.
