the items i bought in store today didn't have red dots on the labels or anything like that, they just looked like normal stock

i bought some full price bits 2 weeks ago that haven't even been worn yet and they went down in the sale, they were sold out by my vip slot and i wasn't able to get them in store, does anyone know if there's way of getting them sale price? i'm assuming the staff won't let me return at full price and then buy them back at sale price?!

No red dots, yippee! So I can return the artoo t-shirt at full price, and the difference more than oays for my postage costs for my sale order :)

I don't know if you can return then buy back, I'll ask the staff when I go to make my returns.

I have 3 pairs of ski salopettes going back ( I thought they were boys & they turned out to be girls:o)

ive had lots of stray maternity wear (but that seems quite common in the next sale) - i know they give the codes on the sale preview, but does anyone really check each one - usually it states maternity in the info, but it seems the odd one has got through again this year

Same here, I just had 2 pairs of maternity jeans arrive! Next should put maternity next to the description because it only results in us returning more items for them to process.

I totally agree - they ought to do the same for the kids jeans. I've ordered lots for my son & the first batch were girls. I had no time to cross reference back to the catalogue:mad:

I've not had any maternity wear turn up yet - now that would get my DH worried. Hehe;)

Ordered three black shirts, they are marked as three black shirts and are all white.

Do the staff not know the diff between black and white??? This happens to me everyyear where they send me the wrong item.

Last time I ordered a black jacket and they sent me a black trouser instead. :rotfl:

also be wary of which barcode they scan when returning items - i had one on the plastic bag the item was in, that stated it contained a beaded necklace, but was infact the top i had ordered. Price difference was £10, so im making sure they scan the items, not the bags

Well I got a large part of our orders last night. It was so much it blocked my entry to the house and took up most of the porch:rotfl:

Started sorting it out last night but the baby was in bed so I couldn't put any of her things away (and 75% is for her, 20% is for H and 5% for me:o) so I stopped doing it and am planning to sort it today while she is at nursery and I am working from home.

At first glance a couple of things to go back that got duplicated but not too much else. Am struggling with the one order I placed on the phone as not sure if I kept a record of it.

I didn't keep a record of mine and now I have no idea what's coming!! Might be a nice surprise although I think I may have ordered a couple of things twice by accident! I did get a maternity top today too, that was definitely a surprise!!

Is it best to return to store or get the courier to collect?
