PenPen thats perfect - but maybe a tad too much make up !!!:rotfl::rotfl:
gsysezz belated HSbirthday11.gifHSbirthpressies_5172_064_7483.gif and here's another cake for when you have finished the others!!HS473949fjm3tcg78d_7404.gif Its not nice that your family didnt do anything but we are here for youHShearthugs.gif
rosepink - since you havent had time to read back - you wont have seen my earlier post - how many steps do you have from your front door to the loo? I think its a great idea. Sounds like a nice holiday - you had better get saving.
mammamia - once you Lo gets used to having to tidy up it will make your life a lot easier - a little bit everyday over the holidays and she will soon get the message!! Well done you!:T
Princess Jane - we all have different jobs and they rquire different tools - so getting your nails done, etcetc is all part of you looking your best - I have just never been good at grooming myself because I have never really been happy with my body - and yes your holidays abroad are your reward for working hard - I messed up my life by getting into debt and haveent been able to do a lot of the things on my wish list because of money - and plus I had no-one to go on holiday with. For a lot of years I went out with a bully and my self esteem was nil and it has taken me a long time to realise that I am 'allowed' to do these things for me IYSWIM!!
chunky what a gorgeous DD and a beautiful dress - love the colour -and the flowers too
Andrina nice to see you posting honey - baby steps as the others have said - if you set the challenge too high you will be exhausted or diappointed if you dont achieve it - If it was me I would do all the things that make it 'look' good - like clearing away stuff that is in view and getting rid of things that you know you are not wanting to take with you - at this stage i would not be cleaning out cupboards and or drawers - yes to cleaning doors and oven etc but you can work on the insides of cupbaords and drwaers once the overall picture is doen - just my thoughts!!!
AnW'sMum yes I was at MacM house and I made a necklace!!! and I had another session of reiki - it was quite a busy day for me as I had to see their resident consultant and my dietician came to see me there - but i enjoyed it all then asme.
fedup (((hugs))) do you really want this job - if you do then go for it - use your counselling as the reason you will do your best because it has made you stronger (maybe doesnt feel like that right now but you can make your mind think that way) and not the excuse that you werent up to it because of the counselling - not sure if I have explained that very well? You have been doing really well and now you concentrate on tomorrow.
methekids it sounds like a lot of stress to me and I def think you should be speaking to your doctor before you come down with something - you are def below par IMHO!
G&B - ooh you lucky thing - Madiera is one of the places I have been considering - hope you had a good time at the concert too - silly question - of course you did its BRuce after all!!!:rotfl:
    cally operation iron :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
rosepink I have no idea why i was shivering apart from feeling extremely cold
mudbath - good for you - it will be lovely to spend time with the family and be spontaneous! keep popping in please and keep us posted regarding stripes progress - big hugs for both of you xxxx
pauper1 if 'technically you are ill' then why are you doing all this work - rest woman!!!!
helen (((hugs))) it wont help you at the moment but can you put a waterbutt or bustbin out to catch the rain for watering the garden? Have you looked at your budget and tidied up anything that you can?
thifty well done on the weight loss but I hope its not stress related! Concentrate on getting organised for the hols first and level 1 is just great - when you come back you can begin to get organised and we will help you - in the meantime if you do pack a box and its ready for moving tape it up and put it out of kids reach - you dont need to be doing things twice!!! (((hugs)))

    toots xx

Afternoon all, posting first and reading after.

Two loads of washing done and dried, including my bedding.

    Wednesday's list done, Toots/Soappie

DD1 is going to bring me round a load of washing in her lunchbreak, her machine has died. Hopefully I can get that dried too, it's sunny and windy.

    Just cut the back grass.

I also did the bathroom/toilet today to get ahead and gave the living room/hallway/computer desk another go. DS is coming down after work tonight for a few days so I don't want to be bogged down with housework.

Hope everyone's OK, going to catch up a bit on here until it's time to start cooking dinner.......that reminds me, I made a sponge earlier today too.

    How is Stripes?

I haven't put up a list of five this week, I struggled to think of five last week, but if I do anything that feels like an extra to me then I'll put it on here.

This morning I emptied the bird bath, scrubbed it out and refilled it with fresh water. Although I always keep it filled after a few weeks it gets algae in the bottom and that has to be scraped out and scrubbed.

Glad you're feeling a bit brighter today Toots :)

Back from Mr M and managed to play the recycling game as they were just coming up our road as I was going out the front door.

Shopping away, lunch eaten. DS2 lunch made and he is eating it then I'll peer at his throat again.

Off to pilates in 15 minutes so will do a couple of bits on here first.

Afternoon lovelies, one minute raining here, nest glorious sun. I’m absolutely kn£ckered today, leftover from yesterday. Did 3 hours housework before doing full day at work, then another 2 hours housework after work. Was in bed asleep at 9 last night and have woken feeling like a drugged person and can’t shake it off.

Have had two offers on properties though WTG. I showed them both yesterday, both were first viewings ever on the properties, one has accepted, the other debating, will know this afternoon.

    Right before I forget again:
Valli – WTG you, how marvellous, can’t your elated x :D
GSYSEZZ - you should of told us it was your birthday, we would of sent loads of hugs and cakes on the right day! x :bdaycake:
Rosepink – love Snowdonia – been loads of times. At the end of this month DH and me are going to Anglesey camping, so may cross over and visit again
Fedup – love and hugs, don’t be so hard on yourself, take it easy as I’m alway saying to everyone
    Chunky79 – DD gorgeous
Mudders- glad stripes is doin ok
Toots – take it easy my love xx

Sorry everyone else, memory can only hold so much!!!

    So today I’ve only:
    s/s kitchen
    made bed
    emptied bins
    put wheelie bin out
