:xmastree:(ashia slips in under the cover of a new thread)

Hi all, been keeping a slight tabs on the thread but taken a few months of chaos and my poorly sky city is desparate for a deep clean. But as that would involve some major work and I've just completed stock-take at work which makes me disinclined to indulge in that sort of behaviour. So can I please re-join? Pretty please with a cherry on top? I promise to be good. My theory being if I take it slow and steady, by the end of the summer I'll be sorted:j.

Will go back to the begining and read all this new stuff about challenges and the like...

I'm in! Thanks Pigpen and Toots for all your hard work

After setting the bar far too high for my weekly 5 challenges, I am considerably lowering it this week! However, I'm really pleased with what I got done, and having started sewing up my cushion cover, I am finding it really easy to continue, I did some more of it today.

Will think of the five in a mo
    1.Finish cushion cover
2.Write card, wrap cushion cover, give to newly married couple
    3.
    4.
    5.

Tomorrow, I have the window cleaners coming - I haven't washed up for about a week, DH has done masses of cooking and the kitchen is a tip, there is mess everywhere, and the bathroom hasn't been cleaned for a about 3 weeks :o, so I need to make a start on all that before the window cleaners come at 11:30 as I really do not want them to see my flat like this.
The tidying up won't take long, being in a small place it looks really bad really easily but in reality will probably take about 20 mins of moving things. If all else fails I will pile it all on the bed so they can clean the inside of the windows. I'm really looking forward to having clean windows, we've lived here nearly 2 years and it's taken me this long to find a window cleaner who is actually willing to come and clean them. I think these guys will be due a bonus for cleaning such disgusting windows

Valli good for your DD cleaning her room

Greenbee, not sure if I am following you on FB, can’t you just copy and paste the pic? Could you PM me if I am your friend on FB? (I know I’m following a lot of flyladies but can’t remember who they all are!) My initials are AW so if you have someone with those initials, it’s me!

Penguin great news about your son getting into a special school, and well done on the no smoking

    Congratulations Mummyof5, DD and family

    Welcome Princess Loki and Ashia
