Right re houses we have a small terrace, 3 beds, one of which is a tiny box room.
Living room, dining room and kitchen, very small outside garden and a larger than average garage which we put in.
It needs loads doing to it and reality states that its never going to get done.
This was my OH's house originally and its fair to say he HATES IT, I mean really really detests it.
Moi, I don't mind it but it was never supposed to be forever this house.
The other issue is that whilst its relatively cheap to live here, its too small. The bedroom configuration means there's no privacy at all which adds additional stress all round.
Bottom line is we need to move. I honestly believe that this has to happen sooner rather than later definately before winter because I cannot cope with the stress and tension of all 4 of us being stuck in here for long winter nights.
I'm looking for rental properties at the mo although I suppose I could get my own mortgage......we just want a home, this is a house that isn't a home.:oDFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

I'm still not caught up and I don't think I can do it now!
Morning all
Much nicer day, two loads of washing out on the line.
DH is going fishing tomorrow for the week so everything is in chaos here while he sorts stuff out.
At the same time as working on his train set with DS.
Meanwhile, I'm doing a roast dinner today instead of tomorrow.
I've made a sponge for DS to take back with him when he goes home tomorrow and a batch of little fruit cakes for DH to take away with him.
Otherwise, I'm just putting stuff away as they leave it about. It's a full time job.
Hope everyone's OK. I'll try to read some posts later0
