what you get in box/package((CPW))

hi
i have just received my phone CPW and it came in the box(W800i)
sim card(which isn't working cos i am porting my number to O2 so it will work when its changed over) and invoice!

no details of cash back
no details of trade in(although he said i could take the phone to cpw shop)

can anyone who bought from cpw let me know what you suppose to get?

    Did you get a welcome pack? If not, ask them to send one out or go into a cpw store, they'll just give you one. the last inside page of that should have details of cashback, it may also mention tradeins. With tradeins you have 14 days from purchuse to do it, and the value you get depends on what you've taken. Its normally £10 for payg (handset manual and charger) and £20 pounds for contract, but some contracts are more.

    the salesperson is calling me in bit so i will ask him

    If its with o2/vodafone the sims never come with any packaging.

    O2 and i didn't know that sim doesn't work till the number porting date!

    Yeah, unfortunatly it doesnt, however the phone wont be locked so if you still have your old sim you could put that in it until it stops working.

    salesman called and said the welcome/information pack is in the post sent sepratley

    also trade in is £40

    20 for the phone
    10 for the charger
    10 for the manual
    doesn't matter which phone it is

    Mostly they're referbed and sent onto charity, which is why they have to be working.
