I would say remember who you are dealing with, BG dont exactly tell the truth all the time so a "Typo" in an application wouldnt be the end of the world.

i had the letter through post and i think it took about 5 weeks for it too come through0

ok guys well i tried setting the standby saver up today going too have too ring british gas tomorrow as unfortunately i dont know wether it was my electrics or wether it was something to do with the device but it has basically blown that socket everything else works just the socket i plugged the extension into so unplugged it i dare not try it in another one until i speak too british gas the monitor seems too be ok
