Don't know why, but it wouldn't let me have this - apparently I'm not eligible and should check the terms and conditions! I put the truth :A(maybe honesty not always the best policy!!): I am a British Gas Customer, and do come under a few of the catagories - I clicked the working tax one - maybe needed to be the child tax one, or else in receipt of DLA? Any idea what the terms and conditions might have been that I fell foul of?0

It said I wasn't eligible either, i put the number from my nhs tax credits card so possibly not the number they needed0

I tried again, and accidently forgot that I'm a british gas customer already, and also forgot that the elderly lady who lived in the house before me has now moved out....also clicked DLA (my son) and then entered my national insurance number in the ref number bit at the bottom...worked this time, don't know which bit made the difference though!0

Mine arrived last week. Must admit though it still sat in the box waiting to be sorted!
Didn't do it online though, BG sent us a leaflet with the offer on (even though we not BG customers but used to be)0 -

Is it any level of DLA or just the highest?make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
It just asks if someone in the household is in receipt of DLA - my son is on high rate care and high rate mobility, but it doesn't ask for details. I did happen to accidently click the 'yes' box on the is anyone in your household over the age of 70...what do you mean, dog years don't count??!0
