I didn't know my reference number i stuck my name in that box still said will be here in 28 days. Where is it you get your reference number??

Can anyone point me in the direction of the T&C 'cos I can't see them? I'm thinking I don't qualify because I'm not over 70 and I'm not on benefits

It said that to me too & I get to benefits on the list (Child tax & working tax). I dont know why they are listed if they are not eligible!

I looked at my paperwork and my reference number was just my National Insurance number.
