Best deal when wanting 2 contracts??

Hi there
I'm looking for 2 contracts - one for me and one for my husband (any network except Orange as no coverage here) and thought I would be able to get a better deal than if I was just looking to take out 1.
This hasn't proved to be the case and I'm just being offered the same deals as I would be for only taking out 1 contract except they'll throw in an accessory voucher or the like.
Any ideas or advice anyone?
