mobiles.co.uk- would my contract be with o2 cpw?

The network contract will be with O2 assuming the offer isn't a so-called upgrade. Cashback/free gifts etc will be due from the dealer. Mobiles are part of cpw but operate separately - although cashback cheques (for example) are approved by Mobiles and then passed to cpw to pay. Mobiles do cough up and are fairly safe, but Mobiles2yourdoor/Phones4u are MUCH better to deal with (unless going into the shop, when Phones4u by all accounts are fairly atrocious and cpw is variable).0
