No Buffy it doesn't sound silly - I am the same. I am a very shy and unconfident person who blushes if someone says hello to me, so the thought of going to a meeting wasn't the best. However I made myself go and gradually found that I looked forward to going, not just to see how I had got on but also other people, and found listening to their stories or recipes did help.

Buffy, I've got my original set, a new set from when I had a gap and put a few pounds on and re-joined a new class and now this set.......
3 sets and no willpower.....I need to go to class and get weighed.

Some help please.
Following on from my previous post about now going to France & having put on most of weight IO previosly lost I need some help on minimum amount of clothes for my hols.
I will not wear shorts or skirts unless they come past my kneees as I have issues with them.
Apart from that though..........
