Personally, I'd prefer the actual paper books. Much easier to find things

thats true. I wonder how viable it is to print.........

you see I know this sounds silly but I hate meetings, the first time I did WW it was really good, but then the leader changed and it wasn't the same I tried two more meetings and I just got really put off.
And I am better off doingthings by myself - well with help from my friends. what ever it is.

The books are easier to carry round and I went through the syn values in my original book and highlighted everything that was free, so I could easily find unlimited food.

Buffy, when I re-joined about a month ago....have slipped of the wagon since :rolleyes: I got a new set of books.

Basically you still have your red(original) and green days with 2 HEa and 2 HEb as usual but they now have an Extra Easy plan when you can have anything off the red or green list but can only have 1 HEa and 1 HEb.

I have all the new books and have access to the syns online too being a group member.

:TThats so kind of you! but you should definitely keep them, one you may want to use them! (not that I am suggesting you need to) two they sell VERY well on E bay

I think you might've just found yourself some weight loss buddies hun

The books I have are about 4 years old I think, but I'll have to manage with them and the old plan, and maybe the odd magazine treat here and there
