    the chips are a little bit fussy to make but you can have a massive platefull on a green day!!

    I don't do it the way they say - I just cut them unpeeled and spray with fry-light. They crisp really well and no faffing around with the par-boiling!

    You don't have to have them just on green days now as well.

    I thought that at first put I have now got them sussed.........

    I whack a spud in the microwave until its almost cooked, take it out with a teatowel and cut it into chips (I leave the skin on) I then spray it with fry lite and put it in the oven on quite high.

    2 fried dippy eggs.......Nom Nom Nom

    i used to have grilled bacon and fry lite fried mushrooms for breakfast almost everyday.

    i've also got somewhere a sw recipe for sweet potato, parnips and carrot curry - only a couple of syns and absolutely lovely.

    I used to buy the frozen rhubarb from Farmfoods and cook it....sweeten with Canderel or Splenda if wanted and have with Vanilla Muller Light :drool:
