I don't know whether this would be suitable, but I am sure there is a Travelodge in Newport and I am sure they have £29 rooms (the difference could be food and petrol)

Hi guys - gosh what a quiet thread this weekend! Hope this is because people are enjoying the sunshine. Huge congratulations katylittlelady on completing your race!

    Today I..

    1) SC 10p + 20p

    2) Had a very LSD - went to car booty and bought a Lego baseboard for 30p ( they are £8 new) and got my Mum a replacement video player for £1. She was dead chuffed as hers broke ages ago!

    3) Took T to the park for free fun.

    4) Also watched the Lion King with T, which we have had since B was little. He loved it!

    5) Dinner was things from the fridge plus a free quiche Mum gave us because she wouldn't get a chance to eat it on time.

    6) Got a DVD from Blockbuster using a free voucher - Anvil. :jShould be good to watch later, I have heard it is really funny! Also managed to stamp my BB loyalty card, despite the fact it was free.

    7) Decluttered my magazine pile and cut out recipes and patterns for my file.

    See you tomorrow,
    L x

    Hello!!

Hope everyone has had great weekend.

I am back from my weekend trip. We had great time and managed two NSDs and I have been fed soooo well. I met potetial MIL to be  and I got the report already which was positive for me and DD. I am 40 and BF almost 48 but this meeting the mother is always so terrifying.

    Anyway, this weekend:
    - Scratchies (Sunday)
    - Curly (Sunday)
    - 2 NSDs

So that is it, tomorrow need to get back to spreadsheet busting in big time, shout at me if I don't seem to be doing anything.
