How is that the sellers fault? You bid on a voucher and received a voucher, the seller has done all they need to.
If you knew it was time sensitive you should have checked appointment availability before bidding IMO.

I wouldn't ask for a refund. As has already been said, it isn't the sellers fault that stores near you are booked up. Maybe think about selling it on if you still have time? That way you'd at least get some money back without hassling the seller.0
