She says she did not read the reply I gave when she asked a question and that she thought it was 120 items instead of 60 items and she would be cheaper buying from tesco and now she want £6 back or she will leave a negative.I will wait and see if she leaves a neg then I will report it to ebay with her emails.

I'd be inclined to report a case of feedback extortion as soon as it occurs.
Be aware that feedback extortion is not in itself a reason to have feedback removed ... but if their account is suspended they may not be able to leave feedback or it may be removed if they have done so.

I phoned ebay and got assured that if she left a negative it would be removed. But after spending another half an hour today speaking to a supervisor at their call centre was told no the neg stays. So much for showing them proof of feedback extortion. I was the one being honest and not stooping to her level and giving in to blackmail.I could cry boo hoo

Ah, the ebay left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing curse strikes again!

I really believe that ebay and paypal tell you anything you want to hear to get you off the phone, and then later just pretend they never said anything. Like my nightmare buyer scammer, paypal assured me if I sent the item back to her they would definitely not allow her chargeback..guess who had a chargeback!

Just had a nasty gloating email from this buyer ( not through ebay of course ) saying serve me right for not giving her any money. It leaves a very nasty taste when you are honest. What happened to the good guy winning and the bad guy?

To threaten to leave neg' feedback is not illegal and as there is no threat of violence nothing illegal has taken place.

Actually it might have, blackmailing someone for financial gain, no matter how small that gain, is illegal and i'm think blackmail is punishable by upto 10 years in jail

Of course though i'm just pointing out a technicality, blackmail or not i doubt it would be taken seriously, and reporting this to ebay is the way to go, with a bit of luck they'll get naru'd :T although you might find ebay take it about as seriously as the police would :o

Any chance of naming them? Sounds like the type of person I definitely wouldn't want to do business with.

Just calmly reply to the negative "buyer threatened me with negative unless I gave her £6 partial refund. I advise blocking her"

Everyone looks at negatives, but it's how you reply to them which is important. No capital letters, and no swearing or abuse!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
