Hi Guys!
I think most of the chilfren are off by next week or already broken up, so mealplans may be a little harder than usual. We will try though:D
We are away for a few days next week but this is what we have planned to eat:
Fri-HM Lasagne & Salad
Sat-BBQ (Burgers/Hotdogs/Salad/New Pots)
Sun-Chicken, Roasties, Stuffing, Yorkies, Broad Beans, Sweetcorn & Peas
Mon-Sausage Cassarole (peppers, onion, mushroom, carrots etc) & Creamy Mash
Tues-Quiche, Salad & New Pots
Wed-Fish & Chips (Away)
Thurs-BBQ (Burger/Hotdog/Salad/Coleslaw etc)-Away
Fri-Out for dinner
Sat-Chicken, Salad & New Pots
Sun-Gammon, Roasties, Mash, Yorkies, Cauli Cheese, Brocolli & Carrots (Away)
We will do a shop when we get there. I have already done a list and meal plan:o as this is on a very strict budget.

A lot of the ingredients are freezer stock but will need to buy the salad ingredients later in the week, along with some other sundries.

Breakfasts:
- Toast with Rhubarb and Ginger Jam/HM Marmalade/Marmite
- Porridge with sultanas/blueberries
- Branflakes with sultanas
All followed by a banana or banana smoothie.
Lunches:
Friday: Spinach and Sunflower Scones
Saturday: Cheddar Sarnies for OH and DD - I'm out for coffee and sandwich with mother.
Sunday: Mince and Veg (a pot found in the freezer) with Steamed Potatoes and veg. Followed by Black Saturn's Chocolate Mousse.
Monday: Poached Salmon and Baby Spinach on Granary
Tuesday: HM Organic Goats' Cheese, Beetroot and Salad on Granary
Wednesday: HM Organic Goats' Cheese and Roasted Pepper Pasta Salad
Dinners:
Thursday: Saag Aloo with Broad Bean and Onion Pilau, and Salad
Friday: HM Tagliatelle with Crab in a Lemony Cream Sauce, and Baby Spinach Salad
Saturday: Bought Pizza, Tortilla Chips, Crudites (Mangetout and Carrot) with Salsa
Sunday (Tea): Poached Salmon Sandwiches. Followed by Oat Cookies.
Monday: Baked Beans on Toast with Salad
Tuesday: Sausages, Sauerkraut and Steamed Potatoes
Wednesday: Thai Green Summer Veg Curry with Naans
Puds can be fruit, cheese, yoghurt, semolina, oat cookies or cherry milk ice lollies.
Snacks can be fresh/dried fruit, celery, carrot, crackers with marmite, oat cookies or cherry milk ice lollies.

Hi all, our kids still at school for 2 weeks yet, roll on the holidays I say!
Here's mine:
Monday - chicken pie, wedges, beans
Tuesday - chicken curry not sure what sort yet see what I have in cupboards
Wednesday - jacket potatoes, cheese, salad
Thursday - quiche, new potatoes, salad
Friday - macaroni cheese, salad
Saturday - pizzas
Sunday - sausage casserole, mash0 -
Ooo! My first 'published' meal plan (and only my third in all)! lol
I do mine from Sun to Sat, so here goes.....
Sun- Roast belly pork, roast potatoes, carrots, corn, broad beans, yorkies and gravy.
Mon- Cold pork, salad and garlic buttered naans
Tue- Crumb coated chicken breast, cheese mac, broccoli and cauli
Wed- BH day off, possibly Subway or pub food
Thu- Baked tuna pasta,peas and corn
Fri- Beef steak, herbed basmati and salad
Sat- Fish ~n~ Chips (not HM)
Prior two weeks tries have been successful, hoping for a third0 -

It's quite meat based this week when I look at it but this week has been fairly egg, cheese & potato based so it'll all even out. Happy cooking :T0 -

Sat: Out with Friends
Sun: Buffet Food - going to a posh wedding reception
Mon: Pork & Prawn Green Thai Curry, Rice & Naan
Tues: Tarragon Chicken & Pasta
Wed: Bacon & Egg Fried Rice (if going to the cinema) sirlion steak & roasties (if staying in)

This thread makes so hungry! Our veggie box gets delivered on a Thursday night so mine run from Friday -
Friday - Piccadillo
Saturday - carrot and corriander soup
Sunday - roast chicken
Monday - LO Chicken pasta bake
Tuesday - LO Chicken Soup
Wednesday - chorizo and pork stew
Thursday - out with hubby - using a 2-4-1 voucher:beer:0 -
Here is ours....subject to weather changes;)
Mon - LO italian brisket with Jacket potatoes and veg.
Tues - tomato and pancetta risotto
Weds - Spaghetti Carbonara
Thurs - Tomato lasagne ( from Apples for Jam book)
Fri - DS birthday:T....he is having birthday tea for the 3 of us(would not have party:rolleyes:)
Sat - OH and I camping for the night for first time( DS at dads) so am making either corned beef hash or sausage goulash to take with us.
Sun - Roast spare rib joint of rare breed pork( from farm box) with potatoes and veg.

hello all, am going to try to get back into this as it's a bit difficult whilst living at the folks, have a plan and will try to stick to it, but who knows how well i'll do!!
so dinners are possibly - pasta with tomato and sossie sauce,
ww meal for me on a night hubby working,
poached egg and beans on toast,
noodle and veg stir fry,
pittas pizza's
bbq pork with jkts
soup with hm rolls
lunches are pasta salads, salad, sarnies or soups
breakfasts are cereal, yogurts & fruit, toast and jam
snax are varied and depends on what hubby wants, so likely crisps, fruit, granola bars and a batch of twinks.
