The best PAYG deal.
Hiya guys I'm currently on orange and I'm on the dolphin package. The package works as follows: Top up £10 = 300 free txts the following month. £20 = 600 and £30 = Unlimited. I was just wondering of the best deal out there at the moment?
Vodafone are doing the freedom packs which work like this. £10 = 100 mins and 300 free txts. £15 = 200mins and 600 txts. £20= 300 mins and unlimited txts. You do not have to wait to the following month for these deals, and you actually use the credit you top up with to buy one of those packages. The only snag is you only get 30 days to use your allowance, and you are only allowed to buy one package a month.
T mobile have a similar deal, you can buy 300 mins and unlimited txts for £20 pound also, but I'm not sure of the full details.
Basically guys I was just looking for some feedback and your opinions on these deals, or if there are any better deals out there I don't know about. Do you guys think I should stick with orange or make the change over? All help welcome guys, cheers

Have a look at tesco, I find there tarrifs very confusing though, its hard to work out just exactly how much your getting for your £.
Have you ever considered 1 month Phone contracts, i.e O2 Simplicity0 -
My credit isnt the best so the 30 day rollin contract option is out of the window really :-)0

If you are getting a phone with Internet access then I would stick with Orange and Dolphin.
I top-up £10 a month and get 300 free texts and free access to Facebook, Bebo, Twitter and MySpace...
Before that I was with Vodafone and the Free Weekends which was rubbish in comparison- Spend £5 and get Free texts and calls at the weekend...0 -

My credit rating is shot to s**t and 3 has just let me have one of their cheap contracts. Their £15 texter tariff has £5 off making it £9.79 pm after the vat reduction. For that i got a sony ericsson G502, unlimited texts (limit to 3000) 75 minutes, free skype and free msn.
worth looking at Works out cheaper than payg, the minutes alone are worth £15 on a payg tariff.
if i can get one anybody can!!
you can also get £32.50 quidco0 -

I'm with Vodafone and I've got a really good deal - I've got Anynet, Stop the Clock and Free Weekends - Orange is really expensive for calls, when I was at uni and had PAYG I used to have to top up a fiver a day so I could make a 20 minute call home  With Vodafone out of peak times which is when I need to make my calls, I can make an hour-long call for 30p! Anyone on any network.
I would say tesco is good though - they're doing that double your credit thing where they give you extra credit when you top up - OH wanted that but there's no 02 coverage in our area!!*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
