Merlin, do you have any problems having all the family on pigsback. i understood that pigsback do not like it? Do the children have to be 18 years old, do you know? My son would like to have a go, but I've told hom not to touch it incase it mucks my account up, we have a similar email address.

My Children are 22 and nearly 19 so yes they are entitled to have accounts on PB. But well done for pointing it out. I suppose I should have stated that they were infact adults.

My daughter has E-mailed PB and received a reply and they are trying to sort out the problem.

It's odd as I haven't signed up before.

Quick word of warning - most cashback/reward sites will only give rewards if the transaction is completed wholly online. Ringing them will probably sort the problem, but, you will probably not get the piggypoints for it.

Very true, thank you for pointing that out! Glad there are people to double check what I write :D

Still, perhaps a phone call could confirm why there is a problem but you insist that you want to complete the setup online (if poss) to take advantage of a link. Worth a try.
