Has anyone had any problems with Boots Vouchers that they have ordered through Pigsback??

I had £35 in Boots Vouchers about 3 months ago and used them with no problems. I redeemed my points at the end of last week and ordered a £10 Boots voucher which came today. I went into my local Boots to spend it and to my horror they wouldn't accept it! So, I don't know if the girl on the till was just incompetent or whether I should just email Pigsback and have a moan at them. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I had this trouble in my Boots (Llandudno) on Sunday - they said that they were doing away with the paper gift vouchers and only using the gift cards - she phoned for the manager to come down - which she did - she did something with the till and a key and then the voucher was accepted. They were very sorry for keeping me etc.

When I click on the crossword link I get "thank you for entering the crossword" message and then it goes to a page with the blank crossword. Might be a silly question but does this mean I'm entered in the draw then? If so many thanks to those posting the links, will use them in future!
