bargain_hunting wrote:Has anyone had any problems with Boots Vouchers that they have ordered through Pigsback??
I had £35 in Boots Vouchers about 3 months ago and used them with no problems. I redeemed my points at the end of last week and ordered a £10 Boots voucher which came today. I went into my local Boots to spend it and to my horror they wouldn't accept it! So, I don't know if the girl on the till was just incompetent or whether I should just email Pigsback and have a moan at them. Any help would be appreciated.
Phone up boots customer service 08456 090 055 or 08450 70 80 90 (all contact is here and complain.. you'll get the problem solved i'm sure and they usually send a free giftcard to say sorry. :jLost lbs =

Doh, I think the next competition Pigsback should run is cookery disasters, as after what I've just done I think I'd win it hands down
I spent so long trawling through these posts about one thing or another, and trying to find clickthroughs that I forgot I'd put some pasta on the hob about god-knows-how-long-ago, well long enough for the water to boil dry and end up with a black pan and some burnt pasta  It's a good job the kitchen door was closed or I would have set off the fire alarm, just imagine explaining that to the fire brigade - Madam, why did you forget the pasta? - Well I was looking at Pigsback of course!!
Hey I'm not bothered at least I've found the egg, entered all the comps and still had some pasta left in the pan that was edible also got non-stick pans0 -
yesterday a 5 point egg that should have been at least 10 (by their own rules)
Today a 10 point egg that was marked 20 points and NO click throughs whatsoever...Hmmm0 -

What was the reason given for refusal?

I used one with no problem on Monday
My daughter has about £80 worth so hope she'll be able to use them when she wants to :shocked:Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -

Hiya all - I'm back
Due to technical difficulties with the computer and the internet as well as some pampering of one of my dogs after operation at the vets - I have been unable to get on here.
After trawling through this thread..................
OK - here we go - I am in no way bothered/offended/or territorial over who posts the quiz answers first. Indeed as Droopsnout pointed out its quite nice not to stay up to post answers and not feel guilty over it either. Admitedly normally I am still up at midnight anyway but I digress...(sp?)
However if people obviously duplicate answers straight after each other then it is common sense (and courtesy) for the posters to delete their duplicate posts. Posts ARE going to be duplicated and thats fine but if the duplications are SO obvious (as in straight after each other) and are not deleted - I think THAT is what people are starting to find annoying.
If other people want to post the answers then feel free to do so (obviously) - people seem to be implying that some people are rushing to post to boost their thanks count - well can I just say now that that was NEVER my intention and indeed I have said so in various posts not to bother to thank me every day as I got the point that the posts were appreciated.
Anyway - Pigsback and MSE and specifically this thread is supposed to be FUN !!!! As long as everyone remembers this important point we will all rub along together nicely0
