I also use my Wii Fit - only started recently doing gentle step aerobics but I can really feel it working my calves and bum. There are loads of exercises I can't do at the moment (due to this big bump!) but I can't wait to shift the baby weight using the Wii Fit.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
I think the Rosemary Conley DVDs are good. My mum has that Body In Balance channel on Sky, but I cannot find it on freeview. I found the workouts a bit limited though.
I have wii fit and have just got the EA Sports Active game and the pounds are just dropping off and I have discovered muscles I never knew I had!0 -

It's got all sorts of workouts throughout the day including the NYC Ballet mentioned on the other thread lostinrates has mentioned, but also has lots of Yoga, Pilates (both great for core strenght and fitness) and some Caribbean Workouts too. Each programme lasts around half an hour and is a great free option if you already have access to the channel? I've started to use it more than the DVD's I have (of which I'll second the Davina Power of 3 as being fab!)

No idea as to recommendations, but I've seen some well known ones in the pound shop if you were wanting to stick to a strict budget.0

Anyone remember Callanetics from the 80's? It is quite old fashioned to watch but it is the only exercise programme to work for me and others too. You can honestly lose a dress size in 10 sessions. Have a look on ebay for a second hand copy. if you want to have a look at some testomonys that it actually works google 'callanetics' or have a look on the reviews on the Amazon website. There is a teacher of Callanetics in Maidenhead that charges £12 a session and her classes are always full. Start off by getting the video or DVD from ebay - sometimes they can be had for only 99pMFW 2011 challenge - Aim: Overpay £414.26 a month/£5,000 a year.
