If it's still going you could try the Limon Express which takes you up into the Mountains - and you can visit a place where they make guitars and vino!! Usually the trip back is hair raising cos it's all downhill but after a few glasses of free bubbly - do you care?? Also Guadalest which is historically interesting and is lovely and cool after Benidorm and possibly Algar?!! has natural waterfalls and has beautiful countryside.

Make sure you have a proper 'spanish' night out like the locals- head down to the beach front bars near to the old town, just on the levante side and then get a shuttle bus to one of the main roads in with all the big clubs including pasha penelopes space etc.
you must try the local cocktail agua de valencia

    Hi Kate

we stayed at the hotel in front of yours the melia, just over the road is the tropicana bar, this is a nice bar, and you can sit outside, and have a drink, inside there are 4 different acts on each night, most of them are good, and around 1.30am sticky vicky (not the original one) comes on.

Rachels bar is next door but one, no evening entertainment on, but a nightly quiz, and a pint is a euro and bottles are cheap.

I loved watching chrissy rock, she is on at morgans tavern tue, wed, thur nights and is worth watching.

if you need the internet, i'm not sure how much it is in your hotel, but the small supermarket down the road it's 1 euro for 20 mins, it was 1 euro for 10 mins at our hotel.

If you fancy a drink during the day and a bit of entertainment get down to the rainbow bar, down calla de gerona, it's a euro a pint or 5 bottles of bud for 5 euros, and it's karaoke, sounds naff, but it's real good fun.

next door but 1 is simply Andys a lovely bat, and one to sit outside at night and people watch.

We didn't eat out, as we was half board, and enjoyed our food.

    enjoy your holiday.
