I am having a problem hearing my incoming callers via the handset and wondered if anyone out there knew how to increase the volume.
There is a facility to increase the incoming ringing tone, but can't seem to findf a way to amplify my callers voice.

Not that I am hard of hearing or anything like that, its just that the incoming/outgoing calls are very feint.

Spoke to 3, but they kept on directing me to the facility to increase the incoming ringing tone which is what I don't want to do????

Checked the manual, not in there either????

The facility to increase the ringing tone, is that a button on the left hand side?

If so, you need to use that button while you are on a call to increase the volume. That should work (I hope).
