I've just started a small business and have been receiving calls on my personal mobile, but want to get a second phone purely for business - being called at 4am this morning was the last straw!

I don't care what it looks like, just as long as the handset is inexpensive (is £10 or free possible?) and outgoing calls are no more than 20p per minute.

Any suggestions appreciated.
