    How is that of any relevance/help whatsoever??

    It helps me understand the context of the conversation since, like most people, I have had many experiences of Indian call centres. From experience I expect the caller was following a script, was very pushy and lacked experience of UK culture.

    I may be wrong, but that's what my experiences lead me to expect. In these hyper-sensitive times that may be considered racist and/or offensive, I really don't know. All I know is call centre ops, of whatever nationality, gender or race, following a script are unpleasant to deal with.
