Spending Money for Skiathos

I'm going to Greece (Skiathos) for a week and need to arrange £350 spending money - The Post Office seems the most suitable / easiest place to collect.
The only way I can pay for this is using a Cahoot Credit Card (my current account is sadly lacking in funds)
Is it best to take half euros / half travellers cheques ?
Am I likely to get a better exchnage rate if I cash the travellers cheques over there ?
Or is it better to take a smaller amount of cash and just spend using the credit card over there ?

All suggestions welcome

Putting it on your credit card is a bad idea.

You will pay a cash advance fee (prob. 2%) exchange rate loading (could be 4%+ at the post office) and interest at Cahoot's cash rate which is probably much higher than the purchases rate.

Much better to take a little cash and use your card where you can. However, don't get the cash out from your credit card if you can possibly avoid it.

There are better options, look for the article on travel money saving, but they would depend on you being able to open new accounts before you go.
