Just been looking at the website to remind myself of this. Looks like a cracking day out. Only concern for me is I will be nearly 9 months pregnant and struggling now with heat! Hubby doesn't seem to mind though, he is already planning 'his day out' with his mate! LOL, I'm the one on the internet looking at this website for good freebies, now it looks he will benefit!

Is there an area to camp? I have a camper so just a car park will do!

I know some places dont allow it.

Got an email from them today informing me that i had applied twice for 7 tickets, and they just wanted to confirm that it was for me and family, friends etc and not ebay! Had to send them a list of the names going with me, and it also stated the following:

We at Renault UK are very proud to be the hosts of the World Series by Renault at Donington Park on the 9th and 10th of September 2006. To ensure that tickets for this FREE event are distributed fairly, we set an online limit of 4 for tickets for each applicant/household. Children under 16 are admitted free, provided they are accompanied by an adult, and do not therefore require individual tickets. This year, we have had a much higher number of ticket applicants than last, and we are very much looking forward to a hugely successful and even more enjoyable event.

Last year, to our dismay, a number of individuals who applied for and received FREE tickets ended up trying to auction them on the internet. We do not condone such practice and it is our intention this year to ensure that tickets are available FREE to all genuine motorsport enthusiasts that would like to attend the event.


We shall be in a position to distribute the actual tickets shortly, and will deliver by post, up to four tickets to all genuine applicant households

So, not to long to wait now!!!

Cant wait, OH is going to be so suprised, he loves motor racing!

Ive not received an email from them as yet, so im wordering if they will be allocating me any,....hope they do as this could be a great day out, has any 1 else had an email from them ?

I wouldn't panic if you don't get an e-mail from them, I didn't last year and don't expect to this year.
