Vodaphone PAYG / Freedom pack etc
Confused. Bought a sim to use abroad.
How does it work with regards to costs etc? If I top it up by £10 I see call costs are 20p a min.
How do I get a Freedom pack with 100mins/300 texts for £10? Do I need to top up first with £10 and then buy this for £10?
Or can I just buy a freedom pack for a £10 and thats it?

This is wrong, Freedom packs are included in the summer promotion, check out the vodafone forums for all the info,
The freedom pack has to be bought with calling credit or a 1 off payment from your card, ive done exactly the same for my holiday and have confirmed with vodafone that it is included as i said, just make sure you are on the relevent partnership network for vodafone, usually its just vodafone, but where they dont have coverage they use a different one.

Yes, call 2345 and follow the menu to convert the top up into a Freedom Pack giving you 100 mins and 300 texts to use abroad.
Dont forget to register with Vodafone Passport on 5555. You'll then be able to benefit from Passport rates on any network in a Passport qualifying country. In Spain these are Vodafone ES, Orange ES and Telefonica Movistar.0 -
