Orange replacement phone fiasco
My boyfriend and I both have phones on Orange,mine is a Sony Ericsson C902 and his is a C905,both are faulty and have been replaced several times but still the same problems persist,ie switching themselves off,dropping calls,buttons don't work etc....
We heard that after 3 replacements of the same model,if the problems remains,you are entitled to an upgrade to another phone,we have contacted Orange about this and they refused.

The phone has to be replaced 3 time for the same fault and they only offer you a choice of 3 handsets to change to...0
