Switching to Talk Talk via Quidco

If I switch broadband to Talk Talk via the Quidco cashbacksite I will get £24 back. The Talk Talk staff say however that if ever I had a problem with the broadband, even a technical one I would have to go through the Quidco site for help and advice. I queried this but was told quite forcibly that this was correct.

Is this really the case? I can't see how this could ever work in practice.

Thats absolute nonsense whatever cashback site you sign up with has no involvement in the service whatsoever, they are just an introducer who shares some of their commission with you.

LOl they are talking complete nonsense, maybe because they will be loosing there own commision maybe ?

I signed up with simlifydigital yesterday , very easy to do and got an a e-mail instantly confirming the £50 cashback

I used quidco for talk talk- never did see the cashback- and things going on meant I left it too late. :rolleyes:
