Thanks BM I am so chuffed to bits I feel light as air now I don't have that weighing me down Good luck with viewing properties, now I'm done bf said we are allowed to start looking properly rather than just at pics on the net. Means we can go look at a few that we like that are still on the market

It's a funny old birthday - I can't help but think that a year ago we were a family of five, looking forward to our holiday in Florida, and now there is just me and big girl living alone and all our extended family no longer in our lives. It is truly a very hard lesson in living for the day if ever one were needed.

DD has a police cadet meeting this afternoon so has gone, and a friend has asked her to sleep over tonight which would make her so happy as she is cheesed off living in this little village away from all her buddies. I am happy for her to go - her happiness is way the most important thing to me and tbh this is never gonna be the happy birthday one would choose so I am ok with getting a takeaway, having a bottle of cider, listening to some morose music and getting an early night!!!! Sometimes having a wallow and letting it all out is the best medicine :rotfl:

Some msers have sent real birthday cards in the post - I am so amazed and grateful to you all, along with all the online greetings you have absolutely made my day. :A

I wish there was a way to have you all round here for a very rowdy party!!! What fun that would be!!! Drinks on me
